Hi, I’m Sarah, the heart and soul behind SMB Coaching.
From starving ➝ to bingeing ➝ to strong.
That’s the journey I’ve lived — and it’s the reason I created SMB Coaching.
For years, I lived in extremes.
I starved myself, obsessing over food and chasing the perfect body.
Then I binged — feeling out of control, ashamed, and stuck in a cycle I couldn’t break.
I tried every plan, every diet, every reset.
But nothing truly changed — because I wasn’t healing the root.
The real transformation began when I stopped punishing my body and started listening to it.
I began training to feel strong.
I ate to feel nourished — not guilty.
And I slowly rebuilt a relationship with myself.

Because I know how it feels to be stuck.

And I also know how freeing it feels when you finally stop starting over.
SMB stands for Soul. Mind. Body.
Because nothing works without the other.

I help you heal the way you think, the way you eat, and the way you move — all in one place, with real support.
